Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioral Specialist, you will work with individuals with autism and provide applied behavior analysis therapy. Your role will involve implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting diagnostic evaluations, and ensuring the overall well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals with autism
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Educate and support families on behavioral strategies and techniques
- Assist in the development and implementation of social skills training programs
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress

Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures
- Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
