About us:

Single physician Podiatry office treating foot and ankle injuries, deformities, bunions, heel/nerve pain, nail and skin conditions of the feet and ankles complications of diabetes, vascular disease, and arthritis.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a professional setting with very basic back office medical assistance training provided at time of hiring. **Responsibilities:**

- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately

- Schedule appointments and manage calendars

- Verify insurance information, collect co-payments, and file insurance

- Maintain patient records and confidentiality

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements:**

- Professionalism and confidence to serve as Front Desk Receptionist in medical setting

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient service principles, training available from employer

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential
