About this role:

Our rapidly growing team is currently searching for an in-person full-time, experienced Accounting Clerk to join our Fayetteville office. The Accounting Clerk will play a key role in the day-to-day operations by auditing, allocating, and completing accounts payable functions. This person’s prior accounting knowledge and experience will be a driving factor to the success of this position.

Job responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

• Audit of all A/P invoices for accuracy prior to sending out for approval.
• Weekly allocation of approved A/P invoices by appropriate expense account and location to ensure accuracy of the agency financial statements
• Verifies and completes payment of A/P invoices for multiple agencies and locations weekly
• Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Preparation of bank deposits as needed
• Creates, maintains, and processes all company credit card expense reports monthly
• Various financial reports as requested by management

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates must have at least one year of proven experience in Accounting
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Computer skills, including a proficient knowledge of MS Office, required
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or higher
• Experience with Quickbooks, Certify and Google Drive a plus
