**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services.
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with reservations and room assignments
- Manage phone calls and reservations with excellent phone etiquette
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
