We are Currently SeekingFULL TIME IN-HOME APPLIANCE SERVICE TECHNICIANS to conductIN-HOME SERVICE for our CUSTOMERS serving the following locations in : NEW YORK

The In-Home Appliance Technician position includes, but is not limited to :

• Traveling to a customer's home to diagnose and repair a full line of appliances with the use of a Company van, iPad, uniforms, any necessary parts and all the specialty tools necessary to complete the repairs needed.
• Providing superior customer service while working in the customer's home and upholding the P.C. Richard & Son 110 year reputation of "Honesty, Integrity and Reliability."

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must be motivated to create a good service experience for our customers and to build customer loyalty for future business.

• Must have good driving record
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Must have own hand tools
• Experience preferred, but will train qualified candidates
• CFC Certified a Plus
