Summary
As a Service Driver, you will be a vital team member responsible for safe and efficient delivery operations. With core skills in delivery driving, moving, and heavy lifting, you will transport goods while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Your premium skills in customer service and commercial driving will enhance the overall delivery experience for our clients. Additionally, your relevant skills in route driving, load & unload, and warehouse experience will contribute to the seamless execution of delivery tasks. Drivers operate a company service or pickup and delivery truck and drive to customer sites to clean portable restrooms or holding tanks.

Job Duties

• Perform daily safety checks on equipment prior to operating.
• Operate and drive company trucks safely and in compliance with company policies.
• Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries.
• Perform duties by sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. In addition, perform lifting/pushing between 50 and 150 lbs. on a frequent basis during work shift.
• Service all equipment on jobsites as trained by JTG staff.
• Be a good representative of John to Go on each customer site.
• Ability to be flexible to meet customer needs when routes need to be adjusted or changed.
• Communicate changes or discrepancies to the office to ensure documentation is accurate.

Qualifications

• Good Customer Service
• Ability to solve complex issues in the field.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial)
• Valid Medical Examiner Certificate

Physical Requirements

• Sit while driving and stand while servicing products.
• Able to climb on and off truck several times a day
• Crouch and squat.
• Push 100lbs and pull 100lbs horizontally.
