- Open and close repair orders.
- Schedule shop work.
- Assign work to technicians.
- Review descriptions work turned in by technicians to ensure that assigned work has been performed and the repair order has been completed properly.
- Review parts on work order to be accurate
- Assist the Warranty writer with claims
