We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our client. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and performing preventative maintenance on our state-of-the-art production equipment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with knowledge of pneumatics, industrial electrical, control systems, and mechanical processes to contribute to our company's success.
Job Specifications :
- Job Type : Full-time
- Location : Fargo, ND
- Pay Rate : $27-30 / hour DOE
- Shifts Available : 2nd Shift : 2 : 30 pm 10 : 30 pm (M-F) and 3rd Shift : 10 : 30 pm 6 : 30 am (M-F)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues related to pneumatics, industrial electrical, control systems, and mechanical processes.
- Perform routine and specialized maintenance on highly automated, state-of-the-art glass production equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on production and assembly equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Interpret schematic drawings for electrical and mechanical systems to facilitate repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records by recording work orders using maintenance software.
- Promptly request machine parts by filling out purchase requisitions.
Qualifications & Skills :
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong understanding of pneumatics, industrial electrical, control systems, and mechanical processes.
- Proficiency in using powered hand tools.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands to grasp, push and pull, bend, and reach with your hands and arms.
