Fabricators Unlimited is Hiring an Accounting Technician Near Fargo, ND
Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm (hours may vary)

Essential Functions
- Invoicing and other misc. accounting functions as needed.
- Timely entry of Accounts Payable to software.
- Processing of Accounts Payable checks two times weekly.
- Assembly of Accounts Payable two times weekly.
- Pulling of invoices, checking invoices for accuracy, checking off of route manifests and billing Postform and custom orders.
- Responsible for running invoices and mailing/emailing or faxing customers.
- Assist in releasing of credit holds.
- Filing Invoices after they are billed.
Requirements
- Business/Accounting/Finance degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a business or accounting role.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong data entry skills.
