Duties:
- Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Assist with medication reminders and administration.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with medical documentation, including maintaining accurate records of patient care and progress.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and organizing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a home health aide or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and their families.
- Compassionate and caring nature.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes.
