Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled General Manager to oversee our operations in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, customer service, and team leadership within the hotel or restaurant sector.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food preparation and service
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a hospitality setting
- Strong background in cooking, food handling, and kitchen management
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
