### Responsibilities:
- Operate screen printing machines and equipment with proficiency, ensuring high-quality print production.
- Prepare screens, mix and match colors, and set up and adjust machines according to specific job requirements.
- Conduct pre-production tests to ensure colors and placements meet the specified requirements.
- Monitor the production process, identifying and resolving any issues to minimize downtime and waste.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, production output, and job specifics for each project.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the production area.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in screen printing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Screen Printer or similar role in the printing industry.
- Strong understanding of screen printing processes, including ink types, screen preparation, and color matching.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
