Job Overview:
We are seeking an Appointment Generator to join our sales team. As an Appointment Generator, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for our sales representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, results-driven, and enjoys connecting with potential customers
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in our products and services
- Qualify leads and gather necessary information for the sales team
- Set appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and appointment setting
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in technology
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in telemarketing activities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
