Concept Plus is seeking a Technical Recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions. Responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, validating security clearances, coordinating the onboarding candidates. In addition, requirements include meeting with hiring managers to assist in writing job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. The goal is to build a strong pipeline of technical talent and to hire and retain skilled professionals for our organization.
