This is a full-time, benefitted position working initially at our Business Office in Fairfax, VA. The position will be remote after the successful completion of a training period.

The hours are Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM

Who you are :

As a Medical Scheduler for Fairfax Radiology Centers (FRC), you are empathetic and kind and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do :

Schedule a variety of radiology exams accurately and efficiently by communicating professionally with patients, referring physician offices, insurance companies and FRC staff.

What you will bring :

Requires excellent customer service skills; outstanding skills w computerized system(s); heavy call volume or Call Center experience;

and administrative / telephone experience.

• Prefer prior medical, Call Center environment and / or preauthorization experience.
• Prefer prior experience with a Windows Based Scheduling Information Systems. Our Radiology Information system is mouse driven and uses color coded entries to book appointments.
• Work from home after a successful training period of several months
