Alliance Health System is seeking a motivated Senior Operations Manager with outstanding organizational skills. In this role, the ideal candidate will oversee and execute various day-to-day operations of their assigned practice site. The Senior Operations Manager manages staff, practice productivity, physician and patient scheduling, and budget development. The Senior Operations Manager ensures that policies and procedures are implemented promptly. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with Senior Management to ensure the practice meets overall performance and satisfaction expectations, achieving an excellent patient experience.

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Healthcare Administration or related discipline. Appropriate experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
• Three years of management experience in a multidisciplinary clinic preferred
• Must be well versed in multidisciplinary practice, with knowledge and experience in patient registration, billing, and management of front-end staff
• Ability to effectively coordinate the efforts of clinicians and support staff, with proven experience in conflict resolution and team development
• Demonstrate understanding of fiscally responsible healthcare management
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with EHR Systems and software applications

Job Functions

• Manages the operations of assigned practice site(s) in accordance with the organization's goals and objectives
• Collaborates with senior management, providers, and internal departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations and best practices
• Responsible for measuring and implementing strategies to increase quality and patient outcomes
• Works closely with the Director of Operations and providers to ensure practice site is staffed appropriately
• Other duties as assigned
