**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical systems, and industrial mechanics. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of technical systems and equipment.
**Duties:**
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for supplies and equipment parts
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and address issues promptly
**Skills:**
The following skills are required or considered beneficial for this role:
- Electrical system expertise
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Experience with hydraulics systems
- Proficiency in industrial mechanics
- High voltage and low voltage understanding
- Technical sales acumen
