Epsilon Sigma Alpha (ESA) is an international service and leadership organization with membership across the United States and Australia. ESA embodies the slogan Good friends. Good works. Good times. by offering its membership programming, administrative, and training services from the headquarters level.
Job Duties
· Correspond with members over phone and email and assist with their requests.
· Handle, track, record and make deposits for all money coming into ESA Headquarters for dues payments, conference registrations and merchandise.
· Assist with writing, printing, and stuffing of all bills, rosters, and other mailed materials.
· Keep attendee records and help with creating materials for various national and regional conferences and events.
· Prepare monthly reports for membership to access via the ESA website.
· Work within the ESA database changing records, running reports, and posting information.
· Track and order all supplies for inventory kept at ESA Headquarters.
· Assist with the creative design and implementation of printed handouts and correspondence.
· Assist with website maintenance and updates.
· Cross-train to learn other administrative skills and tasks needed to fill in while others are out of the office on either business or vacation.
Skills and Qualifications
Extremely organized, self-starter, friendly and patient when communicating with people inside and outside the organization, creative, good at prioritizing tasks, willing to handle additional duties when asked, comfortable with MS office applications and social media.
Additional skills:
· Comfortable learning new tech skills
· General understanding of simple design programs (i.e. Canva)
· Ability to jump in and take lead on projects
