Job Duties:
- Forecast goals and objectives for the departments and strives to meet them.
- Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of Service Advisors and Technicians.
- Monitors and controls the performance of the departments using appropriate reports and tracking systems.
- Monitors technicians’ daily productivity and provides a path for their success.
- Training of staff to ensure highest CSI and retention.
- Be the leader and role model for staff while providing paths for individual growth and success.
- Communicate expectations to staff including adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the business office to ensure that records and analyses are maintained accurately.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Knowledge and Understanding of the Automotive Industry is a Must.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong customer service skill set.
- Self-motivated and Highly Reliable.
- Positive Attitude.
- Detail Oriented.
- Ability to work as a Team.
- Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR.
- Five Day Work week-Monday through Friday.
