Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

-Epic Insurance is a must

- Perform clinical tasks, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with medical procedures.
- Provide medical administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and handling insurance forms.
- Administer basic life support when necessary.
- Assist with medication administration under the direction of a healthcare provider.
- Code patient information for billing purposes.
- Conduct X-rays and other diagnostic tests as needed.
- Deliver exceptional patient service and care in a compassionate manner.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy.
- Proficiency in taking vital signs accurately.
- Experience in medical administrative tasks.
- Certification in basic life support.
- Competence in medication administration procedures.
- Familiarity with coding practices for medical billing.
- Ability to perform X-rays and interpret results.
- Excellent patient service skills with a focus on compassionate care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
