Our growing company is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator with strong organizational skills, ability to lift heavy & awkward windows & doors, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and an eye towards detail. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a purchasing point of sale system, and will be able to manage and organize multiple projects simultaneously. The Warehouse Coordinator is also responsible for facilitating smooth deliveries and creating an efficient working environment for team members.

Responsibilities:

• Organize the window & door warehouse to ensure that it runs efficiently.
• Responsible for receiving inventory into the point of sale system & generating purchase orders as needed for back order items.
• Arrange incoming shipments for the warehouse.
• Unload incoming shipments, primarily windows & doors.
• Inspect all product for accuracy & possible damage.
• Load outgoing shipments for delivery throughout the region.
