Our selected candidate will report to the Director of IT and will work in a fast paced, exciting environment.
Responsibilities include :
Delivers prompt and professional end-user customer support / troubleshooting / training to our employees for an array of software and hardware products, solutions and services.
Login IssuesVPN / LAN ConnectivityComputer hardware issueComputer software supportPrintersSetup new hires (onboarding)Staging and deployment of new PC’s.
