Maintenance Technicians

Position Summary:

HR Solutions is seeking a Direct Hire Maintenance Technician for one of our manufacturing clients in Evansville, IN.

These positions will be 2nd shift (4:00 p.m. - 12:30 a.m.) or 3rd shift (12:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.)

Responsibilities:

• Support production operations for all maintenance requirements, including hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain plant equipment through the application of sound troubleshooting techniques and repair methodology
• Interpret available drawings and equipment specifications and schematics
• Perform preventive, predictive, and routine inspection maintenance
• Documents maintenance services including completing forms, reports, logs, and records
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Processes

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required, Industrial Maintenance Associates degree or related preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting
• Advanced computer and documentation skills

Compensation:

• $25.00 - $28.00 / hour depending on experience
