Profile:

The Used Car Delivery Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their vehicles smoothly and efficiently. This individual will be responsible for transporting used cars from our dealership to customer locations, completing paperwork, and providing a positive and informative handover experience. This position requires a reliable and professional individual with excellent customer service skills and a commitment to safety.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safely transport used cars to customer locations, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections of vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including delivery forms and registration documents.
• Meet customers at their designated location and deliver the vehicle, providing a thorough overview of its features and operation.
• Answer customer questions and address any concerns regarding the vehicle or delivery process.
• Collect signatures and finalize paperwork.
• Report any issues or damages to the vehicle or delivery process promptly.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Assist in pre-delivery customer interactions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer experience
• Ability to work well with others
• Perform duties with little or no supervision
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

• Possess general knowledge of copy machines
• Basic math skills
• A self-starter and self-motivated
• Available to work evenings
• Possess knowledge of GPS apps such as Google maps, Apple maps, Waze, etc
• Honest, ethical, dependable and a team player.
