D-Patrick is seeking a full-time, self-motivated representative to join our dealership’s Business Development /Internet Sales Coordinator Team!

Job Profile:

This is a non-supervisory position responsible for responding to customer inquiries through various sources and executing communications with customers by following a pre-set process to schedule appointments for the sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide sales support by assisting the customer with vehicle inquiries
• Follow up with customers via phone calls, emails, and texts to provide the best sales and customer service experience
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and text messages

Qualifications:

• Upbeat, happy, and a great outlook
• Great verbal phone skills with the ability to smile with your voice
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
• Proficient in sales support
• Excellent organizational skills
• Self motivated
• Competitive spirit
• Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments

Schedule:

• Monday-Saturday with one weekday off
