Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to modify behaviors and improve social skills.
- Provide training and guidance to caregivers and support staff on behavioral interventions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Stay current on best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.
Qualifications
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proficient in applied behavior analysis and patient care
- Experience in patient assessment and medical documentation
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and behavioral therapy
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Familiarity with special education practices
- Strong data collection and medical records management skills
