A Guest Service Representative is responsible for all guest interaction at the front desk (see list below). Seeking a person with customer experience, that is focused and engaging, with an outgoing personality to create a positive guest experience. Some if the duties include:
- Making reservations and answering the phones
- Checking guests in and out
- Organizing and assisting housekeeping
- Upkeep of the lobby
- Concierge services and knowledge
An upbeat personality and driven passion for customer service is essential in this environment, along with:
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Organized with the ability to multi-task
- Computer literate and proficient in word, excel, adobe suite products a plus
- Ability to learn new software programs and CMS
- Ability to work fast and under pressure
- Proficient in social media.
