The Account Executive, Inside Sales - Casino
is essential to the casino sales organization, representing our industry-leading brands daily to the largest casinos in the world. They are leaders who possess strong communication skills on the phone, via email and in-person. They are caretakers of relationships with customers and distributors that may have been established decades ago, and builders of new relationships with new accounts.

Primary responsibilities include US and Canada casino customers whose sales are at or less than $75k/year. Also maintaining relationships with our distributors to ensure they are properly equipped to sell USPC’s products.


While
working closely with the Global Casino Sales and Service Team, the Account Executive, Inside Sales - Casino will:

  • Manage existing US and Canada USPC Inside Sales Accounts. Process contract renewals, manage artwork requests and product changes, etc.
  • Acquire new USPC Inbound Sales Accounts via customer inquiries and by proactively making new contacts.
  • Maintain relationships with existing US distributors. Process contract renewals, manage artwork requests and product changes, etc. Provide support for deals with new customers.
  • Manage USPC US and Canada Inside Sales Accounts – New, Existing and Future Customers
    • Serve as direct contact for existing, new and future Inbound Sales customers. Responsible for the following to support the relationship and the needs of the customer:
      • Manage art requests internally and ensure accuracy for customer's review.
      • Ensure customer receives appropriate information to make purchasing decisions.
      • Provide Custom Goods Quotations, manage customer specific documentation.
      • Support customer needs after their contract is executed. Work with Customer Service teammates for order inquiries or issue resolution.
      • Post contract agreement, work with new customers on acquiring the following: customer master data, product packing and shipping requirements, delivery communication methods, credit application, compliance requirements, etc. Ensure this data is accurate in USPC systems at all times.
      • Work with Customer Service teammates to ensure successful initial and future deliveries.
  • Manage USPC Domestic Distributors
    • Serve as direct contact for USPC Domestic Distributors. Responsible for providing the above support for the needs of the Distributor and their customers.
  • Casino Customer Service Teammate
    • Be a confident and polished communicator who uses telephone, email and other communication methods to develop relationships and understanding of business (internal and external) to ensure USPC delivers on its promises to customers.
    • Understanding of the Customer Service processes (orders, lead times, commission requirements, etc.).
  • Administration and process ownership
    • Timely and constructive use of CSR/Sales Enablement tools (such as CRM - SalesForce.com) to execute customer service processes and centralize associated core critical communication documents to effectively pursue targets.
    • Complies with and advises on improvements of existing and future customer service processes.
    • Self-disciplined and self-driven; effectively utilizes internal teammates and has their support to drive results.
  • Customer Acquisition.
    • Focus resources – time, effort and creativity – to support target growth rates.
  • Customer Retention.
    • Demonstrated ability to anticipate customer needs
    • Able to Maintain 99% retention rate of existing customers as measured by YoY sales $.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years inside sales experience
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize and respond to changes in demands and customer needs, accurately and quickly.
  • Able to keep multiple priorities in motion
  • Familiar with legal agreements, contract terms, pricing models
  • Able to analyze selling patterns and trends
  • Effective uses of CRM system, and MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook e-mail for reporting and communication.
  • Ability to analyze data including tracking inventory, order quantity, timeline planning and has basic understanding of key business metrics and terms. (Price, Margin, Discounts, invoice, purchase order)
  • Ability to create summary reports
  • Must be able to make advanced level decisions relative to changing customer needs. Able to set customer expectations.
