The Materials Control Coordinator establishes , manages, reviews, and maintains the schedules for the Control Center, Manufacturing, Staging, and Assembly departments.

This role ensures effective capacity plans, inventory maintenance, and on-time shipments to meet the customer needs. The Coordinator also works with and provides direction to the Purchasing team members, as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develops and maintains planning schedules for forecasted and accepted projects.

Identifies potential delays and proactively seeks solutions working cross-functionally with appropriate personnel .

Hosts daily production meeting with Purchasing, Materials, Manufacturing, and sales to identify challenges and solutions to meet customer order fulfillment dates.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive and expedite planned builds .

Identifies alternate solutions to meet customer RK / PK. Reports and escalates potential and existing late customer deliveries.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.

1 years of experience

Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years

Excellent oral / written communication skills and interpersonal skills

Positive "can do" attitude, professional demeanor, performance oriented, and strong customer focus.

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Ability to follow and perform off verbal instructions as well as read / write in English. Ability to read specifications, route sheets, blueprints, charts, test information and bills of material.

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook.

Solid basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, ratios).

Ability to work with minimal supervision.
