We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the clinical services provided by our team of therapists and counselors. Your expertise in motivational interviewing, crisis management, cognitive behavioral therapy, and behavioral health will be essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to therapists and case managers
• Oversee assignment of caseloads
• Ensure adequate clinical coverage in coordination with other RTF leadership
• Conduct regular individual and group supervision to support professional development
• Provide crisis intervention and consultation as needed, including assessment of risk/needs, especially with regard to outcomes in treatment
• Collaborate with Intake Department
• Assist in the development and implementation of QA and QI measures
• Assist in coordinating and expanding evidence-based treatment
• Actively collaborate with key members of the RTF leadership team to enhance service delivery across the program
• Conduct psychotherapy with clients as needed
• Participate as faculty in the APA-approved doctoral internship program (and any other relevant internship training activities)
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant ethical, legal and regulatory standards
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to therapists, case managers and master's-level interns

Skills:
- Skilled in various forms of psychotherapy
- Proficiency in crisis management strategies
- Expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy approaches
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a behavioral health treatment setting
- In-depth understanding of behavioral health principles and practices
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments
- Proficient in conducting individual and group counseling sessions

Requirements:

-Master's degree in counseling, psychology or social work; license preferred

-Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents and families. Progressive supervisory and leadership experience preferred.
