Sarah A. Reed Children's Center is Hiring a Clinical Supervisor Near Erie, PA
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to therapists and case managers
- Oversee assignment of caseloads
- Ensure adequate clinical coverage in coordination with other RTF leadership
- Ensure master's level interns receive appropriate supervision and that learning objectives are met
- Work with therapist/case management team to coordinate specialized clinical service provision for unique populations
- Provide crisis intervention and consultation as needed, including assessment of risk/needs, especially with regard to outcomes in treatment
- Actively collaborate with key members of the RTF leadership team to enhance service delivery across the program
- Collaborate with the Intake Department
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement and quality assurance measures
- Assist in coordinating and expanding evidence-based treatment
- Conduct psychotherapy with clients as needed
- Participate as faculty in the APA-approved doctoral internship program (and any other relevant internship training activities)
- Other activities as determined/assigned
- Master's degree in mental health related field; license preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience providing services to children, adolescents, and families
- Progressive supervisory and leadership experience preferred
