Responsibilities - Sales Associate:

• Bring your 'A' game to work and help customers select and purchase a vehicle
• Demonstrate the vehicle's features
• Assist customers with completing their sales application
• Assist management in inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily, and report any problems to management
• Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
• Attend community events as a representative of dealership
• Actively respond to leads received via the CRM tool, phone calls, email and chat inquiries

Qualifications - Sales Associate:

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday!
• Customer focused
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
• Proficient in basic business math including percentages
• Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, etc.
• A team participant that works well with others
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
