Youth and Family Services, NCO is Hiring a Director of Development Near Enid, OK
Responsible for overall programmatic success of Youth and Family Services Development program. Build community relationships. Create agency marketing plan to include printed agency materials, banners, website design, and all social media sites. Develop and execute the YFS annual fundraising campaign and secure financial support from individuals, foundations and corporations. Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with major donors and oversee organization of special events. Develop and track proposals and reports for all foundation, corporate, and federal grants. Some other job duties include grant writing/reporting, homeless outreach program management, fundraising (4 main events), Community Events/Outreach, Public Relations/Media, Annual Reports, Monthly Meetings and Correspondence. 4 year degree in marketing or buisness field preferred; or five years of applicable experience; or combination of education and experience.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
