Shipping and Receiving Associate I
Job Responsibilities :
- Report directly to the Shipping Receiving Manager and communicate regularly with departmental managers.
- Confirm and record the receipt / shipment of orders.
- Prepare items for shipping. This includes using power tools to build custom pallets and crates and carefully packaging items for safe delivery to our customers.
- Quality Control
- Load and unload trucks.
- Verify packing lists for accuracy.
- Notify billing department of any back ordered items before shipment.
- Familiar with a variety of the organization's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Will perform production team member duties at times.
- Contribute to team effort by performing additional tasks as needed.
Knowledge / Skills :
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Shipping / Receiving environments preferred.
Starting Pay : $18.00-$21.50 per hour

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types :
Bonus pays.
