Assembly Line Lead

Job Responsibilities :

• Candidate should have 5-7 years' experience performing diverse Assembly duties in a leadership position.
• Safely and efficiently produce products meeting expectations for quality while coaching / inspecting production line results.
• Uses common assembly tools and related functions in an efficient manner. This includes but is not limited to bench work, the use of mechanical hand tools, drilling, hand tapping, pneumatic impact, etc.
• Able to read, understand mechanical drawings, execute work instructions, and communicate daily expectations to production line.
• Maintaining shop area in a safe, clean, orderly, and efficient condition.
• Ability to lift 45lbs.
• Capable of Standing for the majority of an 8-hour shift
• Ability to work in a team environment, which includes communicating effectively with team members and support staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge / Skills :

• Five years of experience in mechanical assembly role preferred.
• Enjoys working with their hands.
• Self-motivated, strong desire to achieve personal professional growth.
• Positive Attitude
• Reliability and dependability. You will begin work on time and maintain an acceptable attendance record.
• The ability to read, write, and speak English.

Starting Pay : $21.00 - $24.00

Job Type : Full-time

Schedule :

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types :

Bonus pays.

Englewood, CO 80110 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
