Responsibilities:

  • Interface with customers, identifying their needs, through workshops, presentations, 1:1’s, project meetings, and the like. Deviations from our Best Practices, then need to be assessed, either by adding to our product roadmap or negotiating a project development.

  • Work with various ISB departments from solutions, operations, development, QA, and Support to ensure a plan is in motion to deliver on these needs.

  • Understand thoroughly the technology you are working with - including its design, build, implementation, and support. It will require understanding the current solution, and to document the updates, edits, and additions in precise detail, as well as a high-level summarization, for the Solution Owner.

  • Work with the client and data teams to help them understand how they will need to format their data to complete the system data loads, using the Excel Templates or APIs

  • Support the business with data load planning, this will include keeping track of the client's load plan ensuring the right resources are in place to monitor performance, or to provide support for any issues that may occur during the loads

  • When changes to the data templates and APIs are identified, due to continuous development of the WR1 product, ensure that the ISB data team understands the requirements and changes needed. Once developed lead the client through these changes and note any impact this may have on their load schedule planning.

  • Work with the QA team and development teams to ensure the new Technical Roles/Authorizations work as expected

  • Work with the client to understand the different levels of authorization required within the business and help them shape their user personas. Ensure that the configuration of the system is made to accommodate the clients authorization levels and personas

  • Work with the functional team to compile the list of client configurations that are required to run WR1, this will also include keeping the different WR1 environments updated with the latest configurations

  • Work with the QA, Operations, and Development teams to test that the configurations are working as expected

  • Where gaps are identified in either the authorization, data templates, data APIs, or Configuration, user stories will be required to be written which can be then delivered to the development team for sprint planning.

  • Build rapport with clients, all of whom will often need to understand the proposed requirements and buy into your recommendations. These recommendations will have been first validated with the Solution Owner to ensure it’s in line with ISB Global Best Practices.

  • To have a good working relationship with all ISB departments and ultimately help ensure solutions are delivered successfully to our customers.

  • Oversee and/or obtain defined approvals for project deliverables.

  • Act as a liaison between the Project Manager, ISB Teams, and the business, by building cooperative, constructive, effective relationships.

  • Serve as the initial escalation point for all project issues, risks, and changes.
