Well-established San Fernando Valley Firm seeks to add a first or second-year associate to its Franchise & Distribution Practice Group.
The role requires a lawyer to provide representation to franchisors and franchisees, includes preparation and review of default notices, termination notices, transfer agreements and related transactional documents, Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs), initial franchise documents and contracts for franchisor and franchisee clients. Strong academic record and writing skills are essential. The role requires a lawyer with solid interpersonal skills, proven willingness to accept management and significant responsibility and help manage a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment.
