Position Overview:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in restaurant management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
• Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively during all shifts.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and receiving of supplies.
• Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
• Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team to achieve their best.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and address any issues promptly.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
• Financial Performance:
• Manage store budget and financial plans.
• Analyze sales reports and identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Implement strategies to increase profitability and achieve sales targets.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment for employees and customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the food service industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus.
