Kuhl Therapies is seeking a full time pediatric physical therapist to join our team. All therapists are trained in pro-neurodiverse affirming approaches. We are looking for someone open to learning new ideas as well as collaborating with multiple disciplines.

We are a trans-disciplinary clinic that values collaboration and cooperation across therapists to treat our kiddos with a holistic and integrated approach. The therapist will be expected to be flexible and innovative with therapy approaches to best meet the child's individual needs. Responsibilities:

• Performing evaluations independently and verifying the appropriateness of therapy. Collaborating or referring to other disciplines as necessary.
• Reviewing patient medical history/record and selecting, administering and interpreting standardized tests and measurements.
• Developing and implementing individualized client treatment. Establishing treatment goals.
• Preparing discharge plans and home treatment programs and providing instruction and education to patients and families. Monitoring treatment outcomes, modifying programs as needed and communicating recommendations to other providers.
• Recording assessments, diagnoses and treatment inpatient medical records according to established documentation standards. Preparing reports, correspondence, referrals and other materials for schools, providers, payors and others as needed.
• Developing clinical knowledge and skills through participation in professional development.
• Contributing to the teamwork and learning more about Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy in order to carry over those goals into the physical therapy sessions.

Requirements:

• A doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• 1-2 years minimum pediatric physical therapy experience required.
• Excellent Analytical and Communication skills.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the state.
