McC Management LLC is Hiring a Leasing Professional Near Ellensburg, WA

McC Management is growing, and we are in search of a Leasing Professional to join our impressive team of leaders! We are located across Eastern and Central Washington, with an inclusive culture of operational quality that delivers achieved goals for everyone. A Leasing Professional manages and directs the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, leasing, and other resources to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident retention, and leasing goals and objectives.

Essential Responsibilities: 

  1. Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing. 
  2. Inspects apartments prior to resident move-in and ensures apartments are in move-in ready condition and schedules any outstanding items to be addressed with the maintenance team. 
  3. Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact the community’s occupancy and sales results, develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy, and follows the community’s established policies related to concessions, specials, and other programs to boost occupancy.
  4. Actively participates in the leasing process by generating and monitoring traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  5. Oversees the lease renewal program, including sponsoring various resident lease renewal functions, managing the communication and notification process, and assisting with resident move-outs as necessary.

Physical Demands: 

  • Need to be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, reach, and carry objects.
  • Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions. 
  • Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to thirty-five (25) pounds independently.
  • Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position. 
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which could include taking “call” during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance is required.

Required to complete and successfully pass the McC Fair Housing, Harassment, and Diversity and Inclusion training within the first 30 days of employment.

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

In addition to the base salary, onsite positions may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
