Snider-Blake Personnel is Hiring a Warehouse Lead Near Ellabell, GA
We are looking for seasonal Production Lead for one of our E-commerce warehouses in Ellabell. The position is responsible for supervising daily operations in the warehouse and managing a group of production associates.
Shift:
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am-5:00pm or 6:00am-3:00pm
- Pay Rate: $17.00
Job Duties include:
- Heavy Lifting with a Tugger
- Monitor and report production levels of your team
- Work with vendors to manage and coach a team of associates
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high level of order accuracy and timely completion
- Place team members in various positions based on daily volumes
- Maintain a safe and welcoming work environment
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience supervising/leading a warehouse or industrial workplace
- Experience with shipping and receiving
- Forklift experience
- Good character and work ethic
- Basic computer skills
- Leadership and ability to coach associates
- Attention to detail
