Ciommunity Support Worker
Advantage Psychiatric Services, LLC is seeking a Community Support Worker for its Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)).
This is an internship opportunity located in Cecily County, MD.

The Community Support Worker is responsible for the comprehensive services offered through on-site and off-site programs under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Programs.
The Community Support Worker will meet with Adults and children with chronic mental health issues. Responsibilities include but are not limited to teaching living skills, case management, scheduling, care coordination, documentation, and assisting in the development of treatment goals.
Implementation is key to success in this position and the rehabilitation of the clients.
Candidates should be proficient in assessment, barrier removal and overall commitment to excellence.
