We are currently seeking candidates to fill the Machine Operator VI role. This role will work with other machine operators to create our products.

What will you do in this role?

• Performs various tasks in support of production operations
• Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal / external working relationships
• Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments
• Must learn and follow standardized work that has been created within assigned role
• Utilize visual management
• Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
• Applying lean concepts, make and implement recommendations for process improvements
• Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the position and / or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned

What does it take to be successful in this role?

• Typically requires a HS or GED and equivalent relevant experience
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP system
