Job Overview:

We are seeking a customer-oriented Cashier to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers entering the store
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Accept payments in cash or credit card
- Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
- Redeem coupons and stamps
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Bag items carefully
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

Requirements:

- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Spanish
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Maintained High standards of customer service during high volume, fast paced operation.
- prepared specialty pretzels and bites met all standards for quality and quantity.
- prepared all food orders within a 2-3 minute time frame.
