Essential Duties of the IT Technician:
- Provide Tier 1 support for end users
- Perform deskside support for hardware/software installations, upgrades, troubleshooting and configuration
- Escalate reported issues to System Administrators as needed
- Manage user account in Active Directory and Exchange Online
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field
- 1-2 years experience as help desk agent required
- CompTIA A , Network or Microsoft MCP preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- $23-$25/hr (based on experience)
