We are seeking a motivated Temp General Laborer for a one-month contract in Egg Harbor, NJ. This position requires operating assigned machinery, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Equipment and Machinery Operation : Operate machinery and equipment related to manufacturing processes under supervision, ensuring operational safety and effectiveness.
• Material Handling : Engage in the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper handling to maintain product integrity and workplace safety.
• Quality Control : Perform visual inspections of products to guarantee that they meet the required quality standards.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring all machine safety guards are functional.
• Follow Procedures : Abide by all work location rules and execute assigned tasks according to established procedures.
• Operational Support : Carry out additional operations tasks as directed by supervisory staff to support team objectives.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Experience in a general labor or similar role preferred, with exposure to machinery and material handling.
• Skills : Strong attention to safety protocols, good physical stamina, and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Physical Requirements : Capable of lifting up to specify weight, e.g., 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
