NorthCare is looking for qualified applicants like you to join our Urgent Recovery Center (URC) team located in Edmond.

URC is a place of stabilization providing an emergency assessment and intensive support for individuals experiencing a mental health or substance abuse crisis. The URC setting allows individuals 18 and over to de-escalate from a crisis state in a safe therapeutic environment. This position is not eligible to work remotely.

Position at a glance:

• Sign on Bonus $2500
• Starting wage range $27 an hour with night shift differential
•  (12 hour) Shifts available 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am; 3.5 days on/ 3.5 days off.

Qualifications

Qualifications OR Requirements:

• Hold a valid Practical Nurse license in Oklahoma
• Graduated from an accredited LPN program
• Proficient in MS Word and intermediate computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Casual professional dress required
• Access to reliable transportation for potential travel
• Maintain current Oklahoma driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
• Complete mandatory trainings within 30 days of employment
• TB test within 12 months before or after employment
