Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Supervsior to join our Southdale Surgery Center team. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our nursing and Surgical Tech department. Your expertise and leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and the smooth functioning of our healthcare facility.
Responsibilities:
- The Nurse Supervisor of this multi-specialty ASC will be overseeing the planning, organizing, directing and managing of 5-6 Operating Rooms.
- The ASC Nursing Supervisor is responbile for keeping the center moving forward as they oversee efficiency improvement initiatives to turn the Operating Rooms over faster, improve on-time starts, and increase patient satisfaction.
- Supervise and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Work on weekly schedules for Nurses and Tech.
- Working with the physicans/ Surgeons
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
- Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
