We are in search of a Marketing Manager to join our team in south Minneapolis Minnesota. This role involves developing comprehensive marketing plans for new product launches, managing cross-functional teams, and analyzing market trends. The Marketing Manager will also play a crucial role in overseeing the creation of consumer-facing materials and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for new product launches and ongoing campaigns, including defining target audiences, messaging, and channel strategies.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and product roadmaps.

• Manage the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, events, and advertising.

• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.

• Oversee the creation of compelling consumer-facing materials, including packaging, trailers, screenshots, promotional assets.

• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing data and analytics to optimize strategies and ROI.

• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.

• Utilize skills in CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Advertisements, Brand Awareness, Budget Processes, Campaign Planning, Customer Service, Earned Media, Digital Media Campaigns, and Social Media Campaigns to drive marketing efforts and results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar

• Demonstrated proficiency in CRM and database management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Proficient in using Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and other social media platforms for data analysis and marketing strategy development

• Proven experience in creating and managing advertisement campaigns

• Solid understanding of brand awareness strategies and implementation

• Experience with budget processes and financial planning for marketing campaigns

• Proficient in campaign planning and execution across various marketing channels

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage customer relations

• Experience with earned media and its effective use in marketing strategies

• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing digital media campaigns

• Knowledge and experience in planning and managing social media campaigns

• Proven track record in public relations, with the ability to foster and maintain beneficial relationships

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team and lead projects

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred.
