Job DescriptionSecurity Clearance:
- TS/SCI
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field
- Seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in DoD contracting.
- Experience applying project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using project management software.
- Prior agency experience (OUSD I&S) if not WHS
- Provide project management support. This includes the management and oversight of all activities performed by Contractor personnel, including Subcontractors, to satisfy the requirements identified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Identify a Program Manager (PM) to serve as the primary interface and Point of Contact (POC) with the CORs and technical points of contact.
- Be responsible for managing and overseeing the activities of all Contractor personnel as well as Subcontractor and teaming partners.
- Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership execution of this call order.
- Institute and maintain industry best practices, standards, processes, and methodologies in overseeing contractor staff to ensure deliverables and services are meeting the Government’s requirements.
- Notify the CORs and technical points of contact if it encounters any technical, security, financial, personnel, or general managerial problems throughout the performance.
